We are a small non-profit that is concerned with the well being of dogs. We provide fencing for dogs living chained 24/7 in our community (anderson, Oconee, Pickens counties) that have been spayed or neutered. Owners must provide proof of financial hardship. We also operate a small rescue building called The Wag Shack located at the Freedom Farm where we house dogs awaiting transport up north to one of our approved rescues. Together we can make a difference.
Helping reunite furbabies with their families. This page is where people can post pets -*lost and found*- together-- with the hopes of making the process of reuniting furbabies and families a little easier. If you see a post of a lost or found pet, please feel free to share it in this group and with your friends. Pass the word along!
OUR MISSION is to prevent cruelty to animals by:
· Helping provide shelter for unwanted animals.
· Developing educational programs for responsible pet ownership
· Conducting spay and neuter programs.
· Placing adoptable animals in humane environments
· Advocating for the humane treatment of all animals
· Supporting animal welfare issues.
Through our shelter operation in Simpsonville and our thrift store in Greenville as well as through a variety of community service programs, CCA offers a second chance to neglected, stray and abandoned animals. CCA’s outreach provides treatment, care and a safe haven for our feline and K-9 residents until they are adopted into their forever homes.
